Don John at AutoMax of Grand Rapids was incredible to work with. Patient and knowledgeable when it came to purchasing our vehicle. We travelled 2&1/2 hours to search for a new to us vehicle and Don was very helpful through the entire process even knowing we had other places to look as well. 10/10 would recommend working with the group at AutoMax.

Don was wonderful to work with. He helped us through the purchase process and made it very simple. He helped keep my toddler entertained with toy trucks while I worked through the purchase. Great people and I will be working with them in the future.

Don Johns really made my experience so much smoother than I thought. I had been looking forever and needed something safer for myself but most importantly my son and he made sure I left in one! If you’re in the market go to him!

Best experienced with a dealership in a while. Already knew what i was looking for when I go there. The team was quick to help, they didnt push, made this smooth. Jonathan was super helpful with the paperwork. And with it being winter we had a small hiccup with the vehicle but the mechanics Cody and Christian were on it. Couldn't ask for a better group to work with yo get the job done and me and my fsmily in a new to us vehicle. Thanks again guys!

I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from David from AutoMax and had to do a lot of the transaction over the phone as I’m from Blissfield MI. David was amazing and really went out of his way to always pick up the phone and give me the care I needed. Upon arrival to the dealership David and everyone there were so professional and caring. I’m so thankful and happy I decided to go to AutoMax and purchased my truck. Will definitely give them a call In the future for another car or truck. THANK YOU DAVID!!!
