AUTOMAX OF GR CUSTOMER MESSAGING TERMS

Program Description

The Automax of GR Customer Messaging Program provides conversational SMS and MMS communications to consumers who request information from Automax of GR. Messages may concern vehicle availability, requested vehicle information, trade-ins, the financing process, dealership appointments, appointment reminders, and follow-up concerning the consumer’s inquiry.

Consent

By selecting the optional messaging-consent checkbox on an Automax of GR inquiry form, you expressly agree to receive customer-care text messages from Automax of GR at the telephone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, obtaining financing, or submitting an inquiry. The messaging-consent checkbox is optional and is not selected by default.

Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and your interaction with Automax of GR.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS or MMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no additional messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Supported Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to operate the Automax of GR messaging program.

Automax of GR may modify these Messaging Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
