AutoMax of GR Website and Vehicle Listing Disclaimer

AutoMax of GR is a used-car dealership located at 5266 Alpine Ave NW in Comstock Park, Michigan, serving Grand Rapids and communities throughout West Michigan. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, current and complete vehicle information; however, website content is provided for general informational and shopping purposes and is not a binding offer or contract.

Vehicle Information and Availability

Vehicle availability, condition, mileage, equipment, options, colors, specifications, photographs, history, pricing and other listing information should be confirmed directly with AutoMax of GR before purchase. Inventory may be sold, withdrawn or otherwise become unavailable before website listings are updated. Mileage may change because of test drives, transportation, service, inspections or other dealership use.

Vehicle information may be supplied by manufacturers, VIN-decoding services, vehicle-history providers, inventory systems or other third parties. Factory-standard equipment, optional equipment and packages may be decoded or described automatically and may not reflect the exact equipment installed on a particular vehicle. Photographs are intended to represent the actual vehicle unless clearly identified otherwise. Please inspect the vehicle and verify any feature or specification that is important to your purchasing decision.

Pricing, Taxes and Fees

Advertised prices are subject to verification and may change before a final purchase agreement is executed, subject to applicable law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertised prices exclude applicable sales or use tax, title fees, registration and license fees, documentary or administrative fees permitted by law, electronic filing fees and any optional products or services selected by the purchaser. Contact AutoMax of GR for the current selling price and a complete itemization of applicable charges.

Manufacturer incentives, lender programs, promotional offers and other discounts, when advertised, may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates and additional terms. No purchase price, trade allowance, financing arrangement or other transaction term is final until it is stated in the applicable written agreement and accepted by all required parties.

Financing and Payment Estimates

Financing is subject to credit application, lender approval and the applicant's creditworthiness and other qualifications. Available annual percentage rates, down payments, loan terms and payment amounts vary by applicant, lender, vehicle and transaction. Not every applicant will qualify for every advertised program or term.

Payment-calculator results and examples displayed on this website are estimates for informational purposes only. They may not include all taxes, fees, optional products, lender charges or other amounts and do not constitute a credit offer, loan approval or guarantee of financing. Final credit terms will be provided in the applicable written financing disclosures and agreements.

Trade-In Estimates

Online trade-in values are preliminary estimates and are not guaranteed purchase offers. A final trade-in value depends on an in-person appraisal and verification of the vehicle's identity, ownership, mileage, equipment, condition, history, market demand and any existing lien or payoff. The final agreed trade value will be stated in the transaction documents.

Vehicle History and Safety Recalls

Vehicle-history reports and other third-party information are provided as helpful resources but may not contain every event or condition affecting a vehicle. AutoMax of GR does not independently create or control third-party vehicle-history data. Customers should review the available vehicle-history report, inspect the vehicle and check for open safety recalls using the vehicle identification number. Recall information and completion status should be confirmed with the applicable manufacturer or an authorized franchise dealer.

Warranties and Vehicle Condition

The warranty status and terms applicable to each vehicle are disclosed on that vehicle's Federal Trade Commission Buyers Guide and in the final written sale documents. A vehicle may be offered AS IS – NO DEALER WARRANTY, with a dealer warranty, with remaining manufacturer coverage or with other coverage, depending on the specific vehicle and transaction. Do not rely on this website disclaimer to determine a vehicle's warranty status.

Customers should review the Buyers Guide and all sale documents carefully and obtain every promise or agreement in writing. Where required by law, the Buyers Guide is part of the sales contract and controls over contrary warranty provisions. Any available service contract or vehicle-protection product is optional unless otherwise disclosed in writing and is governed solely by its separate terms, conditions, exclusions and provider agreement.

Website Errors and Third-Party Content

Although AutoMax of GR takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate website content, typographical, photographic, technical, transmission, pricing and data-entry errors may occur. Identified errors will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate. This disclaimer does not waive any right or responsibility that cannot legally be waived. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and AutoMax of GR does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices.

Final Terms of Sale

Website statements, text messages, emails and oral discussions do not modify the final transaction documents unless the change is included in a written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by the required parties. The final purchase agreement, retail installment contract or other financing agreement, Buyers Guide, warranty documents and any separately signed product agreements contain the controlling terms of the transaction, subject to applicable law.

Purchasers are responsible for reading the final documents and verifying that all agreed terms and promises are included before signing. Out-of-state purchasers are responsible for confirming taxes, registration, inspection, emissions, insurance and other requirements that may apply in their home jurisdiction.
